Warranty Policy
Rebreathers Australia
warrants all items sold on this website and are fully backed by us for a period of 12 months.

We will not be responsible for normal wear and tear and should a claim be made, replacement will be at our discretion subject to the parts being returned to us.

Returns Policy
Returns made within 14 days - 100% refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping). Items returned MUST be unused, in the same condition as received, & suitable for resale. A 5% restocking fee may be applied at our discretion.

Returns made after 14 days - a 15% restocking fee applies. Items returned MUST be unused, in the same condition as received, & suitable for resale.

No returns after 60 days.

Used items may not be returned.

To place an order

  1. Add the items you wish to purchase to the the email you send us.
  2. Because this equipment is specialized and is produced in small quantities, there may be some time required between processing your order and the time you receive your goods.
  3. We will confirm your order, within five working days
  4. We will advise you if there will be any delays to your order, and where a 50% deposit may apply, your goods will be forwarded upon receipt of the balance.
  5. Once payment is received, goods will be dispatched.


Payment can be made by direct deposit, money order, or cheque. Direct deposit is the preferred payment method, as there are no charges associated, is usually faster, and helps us keep prices down.

Direct deposit is now even easier if you are using internet banking - a number of Australian internet banking websites allow direct payment into any Australian account if you have the BSB and account number.

Account details will be supplied on request after placing an order if you would like to use this option - currently this is the most popular method of payment.


Shipping rates for all orders within and outside Australia. Overnight or next-day shipping is not guaranteed to be available if requested, and will incur additional cost. Insurance is recommended for orders of $200 or more.


Rebreathers Australia will not be responsible for non-arrival of goods where insurance has been declined. Goods both within and outside of Australia either insured or not insured that do not arrive to destinations are the purchasers responsibility.

Please note that Australia Post does not offer insurance to all overseas destinations. Customers choosing to order without insurance do so at their own risk. Sadly, actual experiences of theft in the postal system have forced this policy.
